Kelly Road Bridge Replacement Project - tentative start date November 15, 2021
Please note, traffic restrictions will be in place. Traffic will be maintained at all times using temporary signals. The temporary signals are equipped with emergency preemption for emergency vehicle access. Signals are equipped with a white LED light facing oncoming traffic. If that light turns on, it means that the system recognized the Wail siren and is in the process of clearing the zone to allow safe passage. Clearance through the light/temporary access road should not be in an issue for garbage trucks and other large vehicles.
