Got questions about City of Hermitage services? The City of Hermitage chatbot, available on our website homepage, is a convenient tool for finding quick information about City services and operations. Just type in a few keywords like permits, trash collection, or recreation events to get started. Please remember: the chatbot is not live support and is not monitored 24/7. Do not use it to report emergencies—those should always be directed to the appropriate emergency services. The chatbot is designed to assist with City of Hermitage information only, so it won't have answers about other cities, private businesses, or services not provided by the City (such as water, natural gas, or local income tax processing).
