The City Street Department maintains 90 miles of City-owned streets and some portions of State-owned roads (approximately 25 miles) per an agreement with PennDOT. State roads are highlighted on Hermitage Winter Street Maintenance Map (PDF).

Call Penn Power Company: Automated Outage Report Line: 888-544-4877 or Customer Service/Emergencies: 800-720-3600. It will be easier for them to assist you can give them the pole number.
