Exciting Updates to Our Online Bill Pay!
Starting December 9th, our old bill pay site will be going down, and our brand-new Online Bill Pay site will go live on December 10th! We’re excited to offer you an upgraded experience with better features and functionality.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Complete Overhaul: The site will have a fresh new look with improved features for easier navigation and payment management.
- URL Change: Our current online bill pay URL will no longer be active, so please be sure to use the new site once it goes live on December 10th.
- For Sewer Billing: Your current login will remain active, but you may need to re-link your account after the update.
- For General Billing: A new, separate site will handle general bill payments. You will need to create a new account to access it.
What’s New with Payments:
- Credit card and e-check payments will still be accepted online.
- You can sign up for automatic payments for added convenience.
- A drop box option will remain available outside our offices.
- Please note: Payments will not be accepted over the counter.
Processing Fees Update:
- Credit card processing fees will remain unchanged.
