First Batch of Data Mailers for County Property Tax Reassessment Sent
Some Hermitage property owners will receive a Data Mailer from Tyler Technologies as soon as today. Mercer County contracted with Tyler to conduct a reassessment of all properties in the county to update values to the current year. Data Mailers will include information on your property such as size of home/building, number of rooms, outbuildings on your property, etc. You should review the Data Mailer closely. If the information is correct, there is nothing that you need to do. If it is incorrect, you should write corrections on the form, sign and date it, include a contact phone number, and promptly return it to Tyler Technologies. Corrected forms can be returned by emailing a scanned or photographed form to MercerCountyPA@TylerTech.com; or by mailing or dropping the form off to the Tyler Technologies office at the Courthouse (8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays), 125 S. Diamond Street, Suite 504, Mercer, PA 16137.
Data Mailers are being sent in batches, and not all Hermitage properties are in the first batch sent this week. More Data Mailers will be sent next week.
