[ARCHIVED] We are keeping it open! Take our Hermitage2030 Survey now!

Hermitage 2030

If you live or work in Hermitage, or just come to visit or shop, the City wants to hear from you! Take the 10-

minute survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/hermitage2030 or find the link on the City’s website,

www.hermitage.net.

Gathering public input is vital to the planning process. The City wants to make sure that residents are

engaged and is trying to make it as easy as possible.

Want to provide your input in person? Attend a

meeting. The City is hosting stakeholder meetings and there will be a public meeting event this summer.

Do you prefer to engage online? Visit the project website (www.hermitage2030.com) and leave a

comment. Post your comments on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter using the #Hermitage2030. Fill out an

online survey. Pick a method that works best for you and make sure your family, friends and neighbors do

to.

The comprehensive plan update, which kicked off in October 2017, will provide City officials with a

blueprint to guide decision making during the next 10 to 20 years. The plan will address future land use

and zoning implications, housing needs, economic development, transportation issues, natural resources

and agricultural preservation and parks and recreation. The City hired Mackin Engineering to facilitate the

plan and anticipates its completion by the end of 2018.

Please direct any questions to either Marcia A. Hirschmann, City of Hermitage Director of Planning &

Development, at 724.981.0800 or mhirschmann@hermitage.net or Amy L. Wiles, AICP, Project Manager

at Mackin at 412.788.0472 or awiles@mackinengineering.com.
