Please see the below list for a project update on Aqua’s two active Hermitage projects and the attached site maps for reference. Also, No active work will be performed on these projects on Thanksgiving Day or the Friday after Thanksgiving.
Michael, Carroll, Armand, Sugar Hollow and Knobwood Projects:
Aqua P.A. has completed the underground waterline pipe installation for ALL of these streets.
Water testing to start on Monday Nov. 19 for Michael and Carrol for approx. 1 week and then will return there to install new water services.
We are actively working on water services on Sugar Hollow currently and moving to Michael Lane and Armand next week for services.
Knobwood Rd.: Waterline installed and completed water testing. Services to start within the next 1-2 weeks.
Final 4” trench base to be completed by December 15th on Carroll, Michael, Armand and Knobwood.
Sugar Hollow: will have temporary trench paving installed thru the Winter; Aqua to maintain. We will return in the Spring for the final trench restoration and 1-lane paving by April 15, 2019.
Homewood, Donna, Charlotte, Woodbine
Aqua P.A. has completed the underground waterline pipe installation for ALL of these streets.
Water testing has started on Woodbine Rd.
Services are completed on Homewood and Donna.
Starting services on Charlotte tomorrow Friday Nov. 16.
4” trench base to be installed the week of December 3rd.
