The comprehensive plan will help guide development in the City of Hermitage for over the next decade.
Since the comprehensive plan covers many different aspects of Hermitage, including possible amendments to zoning ordinances, Commissioner William McConnell said he wanted to know how city officials would implement the comprehensive plan, because adopting sweeping changes could upset residents."
