"HERMITAGE — A new store could be coming to Hermitage in the future if approved by the Hermitage Board of Commissioners this week.
A new, 9,100-square-foot Dollar General is being planned for 326 N. Buhl Farm Drive. It would be south of the existing plaza at the corner with Highland Road that includes Pizzas by Marchelloni and Hermitage Bakery, according to the land development plan report.
The project was previously presented to the Hermitage Zoning Hearing Board on Oct. 9, when the national general-merchandise chain asked for three variances. The board approved one variance, which allowed the parking lot to have 31 parking spaces instead of the required 37 spaces, the report states."
