FGFLP Limited Partnership, Hermitage, has asked to subdivide the 3.8 acres it owns on North Highland Road – home of the UPMC Womancare Center – to create a 3.2-acre lot to be retained by the center, and a 0.55-acre lot south of the Brookshire Drive access road to be sold to North Hermitage Road Associates Inc., the owner of land to the south.
North Hermitage Road Associates, controlled by Hudson Cos., of Hermitage, wants to consolidate the lot it is buying with two neighboring lots to create a single 2.2-acre parcel.
