Big Changes Coming to our Online Bill Pay!
Starting December 6th, we’re upgrading our Online Bill Pay site to better serve you!
Here’s what you need to know:
- Complete Overhaul: The site will have a brand-new look and improved features.
- Please note: Our current online bill pay URL will change, and we will no longer accept payments through our CSS site.
- For Sewer Billing: Your current login will still work, but you may need to re-link your account after the update.
- For General Billing: A new, separate site will handle general bill payments, and you’ll need to create a new account.
What’s New with Payments:
- We will continue to accept credit card and e-check payments online.
- You can also sign up for automatic payments for added convenience.
- A drop box option will remain available outside our offices.
- Please note that we are not accepting payments over the counter.
Processing Fees Update:
- Credit card and e-check processing fees may be subject to change—stay tuned for more details.
