Relax on the bus, then explore Nashville your way—live music, great food, and plenty of fun await!

Trip Overview:
- Departure: Friday, March 20 at 6:00 AM (Hermitage location TBD)
- Arrival in Nashville: Approximately 4:00 PM
- Lodging: Two-night stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Nashville – breakfast included!
- Itinerary: No planned outings—explore Nashville your way
- Return: Sunday, March 22, depart hotel at 11:00 AM; arrive back in Hermitage ~9:00 PM
💰 Cost:
- Bus Fare: $236 early bird (by Jan 7, 2026) / $250 after Jan 7
- Hotel: $299 + taxes/fees per night for a Double Queen Suite (up to 4 guests)
📝 Important Notes:
- Trip is non-refundable
- Minimum 45 participants required
- If the trip does not meet minimum participation by Feb 4, 2026, all registered bus fare guests will receive a full refund
- All minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian
