Our package includes round-trip bus transportation and discounted hotel rooms just three blocks from the honky-tonks of South Broadway. Relax on the bus, then explore Nashville your way—live music, great food, and plenty of fun await!

📅 Dates: Friday, March 20 – Sunday, March 22, 2026

Trip Overview:

• Departure: Friday, March 20 at 6:00 AM (Hermitage location TBD)
• Arrival in Nashville: Approximately 4:00 PM
• Lodging: Two-night stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Nashville – breakfast included!
• Itinerary: No planned outings—explore Nashville your way
• Return: Sunday, March 22, depart hotel at 11:00 AM; arrive back in Hermitage ~9:00 PM

💰 Cost:

• Bus Fare: $236 early bird (by Jan 7, 2026) / $250 after Jan 7
• Hotel: $299 + taxes/fees per night for a Double Queen Suite (up to 4 guests)

📝 Important Notes:

• Trip is non-refundable
• Minimum 45 participants required
• If the trip does not meet minimum participation by Feb 4, 2026, all registered bus fare guests will receive a full refund
• All minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian
