Account Number & Linked Accounts

Your Account # and Customer ID # (CID) are required to link your account(s) to your CSS Login. Customers may make payments online without a linked Account # but an email is required to make a payment online through the CSS payment page.

Online Bill Pay

Please be aware there is a bill pay service advertising online bill pay for Hermitage sewer bills. Online payments are taken through the City of Hermitage Customer Self Service Portal only.

If your are interested in receiving an emailed copy of your bill, please email Danielle Schreckenghost. Please include your name, account number, and service address.

Automatic Payment (EFT)

Customers have the ability to sign up for Automatic Bill Pay by downloading a 'Direct Debit Payment Authorization Form' from the Sewer Forms and Billing tool bar to the right. If you sign up for the 'Direct Debit Payment' program through the City, your account will automatically be deducted on the 5th of each month.
